We ship three things: (1) AI workflow automation that replaces manual back-office processes with autonomous agents, (2) custom IT infrastructure and internal software for regulated industries, and (3) proprietary SaaS products — starting with LabOs, our operating system for pathology laboratories.

LabOs is our flagship SaaS. It's a modern operating system for pathology laboratories covering sample intake, tracking, automated reporting, billing, and diagnostics workflow. It replaces the fragmented mix of Excel, WhatsApp, and 15-year-old LIMS software most labs still run on.

No. LabOs is vertical-specific, but our automation and custom development work spans any B2B operator with heavy back-office load — logistics, fintech, manufacturing, and professional services. If your team is drowning in manual data entry, legacy systems, or spreadsheet-driven workflows, that's our zone.

We take on focused, high-leverage builds. A 4–6 week automation pilot is welcome. What we don't do is landing-page shops or throwaway MVPs with no operator behind them.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We map the workflow, quantify the manual load, and return a scoped proposal within a week — fixed price for defined scopes, monthly retainer for longer builds.

Automation pilots ship in 3–6 weeks. Custom software builds run 8–16 weeks depending on scope. LabOs onboarding for a new lab is typically 1–2 weeks end-to-end.

We adapt to your existing and legacy tech stacks, but our preferred baseline is TypeScript end-to-end. The frontend uses React 19, TanStack Start, Tailwind v4, and Framer Motion. Backends run on Cloudflare Workers with Supabase Postgres and Drizzle. Our AI layer is provider-agnostic—supporting the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source via Groq/Together—orchestrated with the Vercel AI SDK, AWS, LangGraph, and pgvector. CI/CD runs on GitHub Actions, with Sentry and Cloudflare Logs for observability.

Yes — we intentionally track the frontier, shipping on modern, edge-first infrastructure. Our AI layer leverages the most current reasoning models (the latest from GPT, Claude, and Gemini) using advanced agentic patterns like RAG, tool use, and background workers. However, we are completely client-driven: we seamlessly deliver on your older enterprise stacks if required, and we only adopt a new primitive mid-project if it actively reduces risk, not just because it's new.

Row-level security on every tenant table, encrypted at rest and in transit, principle of least privilege for API keys, and audit logs for every admin action. For LabOs and healthcare work we treat patient data as PHI and design accordingly.

You own all custom code we write for your engagement, delivered with source, documentation, and a clean git history. LabOs and other Krraft SaaS products remain our IP under a subscription license — see the Terms page for details.

Yes. Most clients continue on a monthly retainer for maintenance, feature work, and on-call support. Self-serve handoff with documentation is also available if you prefer to run it internally.

Custom builds are fixed-price by scope or a monthly retainer. LabOs is a per-lab subscription with a one-time onboarding fee. We share a concrete number after the discovery call — no vague ranges upfront.

We run a structured pilot period for qualifying labs at a reduced onboarding fee. It's not a self-serve free trial — every LabOs deployment involves data migration and workflow configuration we do with you.
